b. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Services have been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.
Delays or issues caused by the client, such as failure to provide required information or materials.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen technical issues).
c. Refund Amount and Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
